Art Ladd has been professionally immersed in applied policy research in the areas of sustainability, community development, transportation for aging populations, and homelessness for several years. Art holds an undergrad in Urban Policy and the Environment and he chairs the Board of Directors for Art City, an artist-run community arts centre in Winnipeg's West Broadway neighbourhood.
