Last August, a pipeline broke near Fort St John, spilling toxic liquid that killed at least one cow and sickened other cattle. The Oil and Gas Commission has refused to release much information about the spill, citing its ongoing investigation. But our researcher Ben Parfitt asks tough questions about whether the OGC is adequately protecting tthe safety of British Columbians.
