Together We Have CLOUT

A CCPA-MB film by Carole O’Brien about the uncommon working methods of an inner-city coalition. CLOUT is a unique coalition of nine community-based organizations who tell a different story of Winnipeg’s north end and inner city.

The 15 minute film will be followed by a panel discussion with representatives from CLOUT, CCPA and the labour movement.
