Who's Cutting Classes? was originally published in January 2004. It reviews how public education (K-12) is financed in BC, and calculates real per-student funding since 1990, taking into account both student enrollment and cost pressures in the system. The update, The $150 Million Question, provides figures current to the 2005 BC Budget.
