Alternative Provincial Budget demonstrates that a responsible, progressive, and green budget is possible

The Manitoba Alternative (Alternative Provincial Budget 2001-02), co-produced by the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives-Manitoba and Cho!ces: A Coalition for Social Justice, demonstrates some of the budgetary options available to the province of Manitoba.

It is being released days before provincial Finance Minister Greg Selinger releases his second budget.
