A just transition for BC’s resource workers

"Just transition" is an approach to economic and environmental policy-making that says workers in affected industries should not pay the price for doing the right thing for the environment, and should be involved in decision-making processes that impact them.

Their concerns, experiences and ideas inform the report’s recommendations for a just transition to a green economy that provides well-paying and stable resource jobs that support communities.
