Dr. S. Muthu, Professor Emeritus, University of Regina, earned his PhD in Industrial Relations at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1968. He has more than thirty years of teaching experience in collective bargaining, comparative industrial relations, business ethics and administrative law.
