Artists Jess Klassen and Chantel Mierau invited people to weave together a better Winnipeg at Nuit Blanche Winnipeg 2025. A strip of blue fabric for housing all relatives, green for maintaining our mighty tree canopy. With each strand, people added their dreams to a growing tapestry of many hands and shared demands. CCPA is releasing their alternative budget, co-created with the community, in 2026. Let’s work together to put forward an alternative vision for Winnipeg!
