Lisa Freeman

Dr. Lisa Freeman is a Faculty Member in the Criminology Department at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Surrey, BC. She is a community-engaged scholar whose research focuses on law, regulation, and urban governance in the areas of poverty, housing, public libraries, and municipal government.
